We as a business understand that we have a duty of care to our customers, staff and anyone that may come into contact with the business. During lockdown we spent a large proportion of our time planning for the return of our industry so that we were prepared for the day. Here are just a few measures we have implemented, inline with all Uk government advice...
This is the promise to all our customers that if your holiday, trip or tour is cancelled due to any of the following reasons :
A Covid lockdown or restriction in your local area
A Covid lockdown or restriction in the area or areas you are due to be visiting
A Covid lockdown or restriction in the Uk that will stop your tour or trip from taking place
A change to government guidance which would mean that proceeding with the holiday, trip or tour would be in direct contravention of the government advice.
In the event that we have to cancel due to any of the above, you would be entitled one of the following :
We will reschedule the tour to another date and you can move to the rescheduled tour with no charges or fees.
You could move your trip to another, even if its a completely different tour or holiday with no fees or charges, all you would need to do is pay the difference if there is any.
Request a full refund of all money paid, including any deposits.
**This guarantee does NOT cover if you contract Covid-19 and are unable to travel due to isolation or if you cannot travel because you are isolating as per government advice or track and trace instructions. In these circumstances Prospect strongly advises that you have adequate insurance in place prior to booking that covers these eventualities.**
